Amoret, MO

Amoret is a city in western Bates County, Missouri, and is part of the Kansas City metropolitan area within the United States. The 2020 census counted 133 residents. Amoret was platted in 1890, and possibly was named after the biblical Amorites. A post office called Amoret has been in operation since 1885. Miami High School is in proximity to Amoret and has an Amoret post office address.
