Anderson, TX

Anderson is a quiet, small community that serves as the county seat of Grimes County, located about thirty miles southeast of Bryan-College Station. With around two hundred residents, the town moves at an unhurried pace, defined by open pastures, gravel backroads, and a classic 1890s courthouse square. Much of the town is recognized as a national historic district, giving the area a distinct nineteenth-century character with preserved homes and historic landmarks.
