Archbald, PA

Archbald is a quiet borough in the Lackawanna River valley, just a short drive northeast of Scranton. Home to around 7,300 people, the town offers a friendly, small-town feel with deep roots in northeastern Pennsylvania's coal mining past. Its most famous spot is Archbald Pothole State Park, a unique natural landmark discovered in the late 1800s that features one of the largest glacial potholes in the world.
