Sitting at the crossroads of U.S. 83 and U.S. 380 in West Texas, Aspermont is a quiet, close-knit ranching community of fewer than 800 residents. As the seat of Stonewall County, the town is surrounded by wide-open skies, rugged red-dirt plains, and working cattle country.
