About Auberry

Auberry is a census-designated place in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Fresno County, California, situated at an elevation of 2,018 feet. Located about five miles west of Shaver Lake Heights, the town features a Mediterranean climate. Its local post office was first established in 1884 and relocated to its current site in 1906. Today the mountain community is served by the Sierra Unified School District for public education.
