About Auburn

Auburn is a city and the county seat of DeKalb County, Indiana, founded in 1836 along Cedar Creek. Known as the Home of the Classics, the community of approximately 13,600 celebrates its automobile heritage with the annual Auburn Cord Duesenberg Festival each Labor Day weekend. The city is home to the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum and the National Auto and Truck Museum, with public education administered by Auburn Community Schools.
