Sitting right along the north side of Hendersonville, Balfour is a small, quiet community that makes getting around western North Carolina simple. Asheville Highway runs straight through the area, giving residents a direct route south to Hendersonville's shops and restaurants or north toward Fletcher and Asheville via Interstate 26.
