Baltic, SD

Baltic is a quiet, close-knit town along the Big Sioux River, just about 15 miles north of Sioux Falls. Home to around 1,200 residents, it offers a relaxed rural feel surrounded by open farmland while keeping the amenities of the metro area a quick drive away. Originally founded as a 19th-century mill town, Baltic has become a popular choice for commuters who want a peaceful place to settle down without straying far from the city.

River Park serves as a neighborhood hub with ball diamonds, camping sites, fishing spots, and a playground, as well as the annual River Park Days festival each July.
