Bayshore Gardens, FL

Bayshore Gardens is a census-designated place and planned community in Manatee County, Florida, situated on the eastern shore of Sarasota Bay. Developed in 1955 along the U.S. Route 41 corridor, the community of approximately 18,100 lies just north of the Sarasota County line. The neighborhood is home to the main campus of the State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota, which features the Neel Performing Arts Center and the Family Heritage House Museum. The community is bordered to the southeast by Bowlees Creek.
