Beal City is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Isabella County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The 2020 census counted 332 residents. As an unincorporated community, Beal City has no legal autonomy of its own. The community is located in Nottawa Township within the Isabella Indian Reservation. In 2022, Beal City became the center of a national news story after a woman was charged with sending hateful and bullying messages to teenage students, including her own daughter, under a fake name and number.
