Beallsville, PA

With around 400 residents, Beallsville is a quiet Washington County community with roots that stretch back to the late 1700s. The town originally grew as a welcoming stop along the historic National Road, and much of that heritage remains part of the everyday scenery. A stroll along the main corridor takes you past 19th-century brick taverns, classic churches, and an original cast-iron mile marker that once guided early travelers through the hills.
