Boating on popular spots like Loch Lomond or Lake Windsor requires valid membership passes and registered watercraft, and guests must be accompanied or sponsored by an owner. Together, they offer nearly 100 miles of scenic dirt paths through the rolling Ozark hills. These trails wind through the woods for recreation, so you will still need a vehicle for regular errands. The town's steep, winding roads rarely have sidewalks or dedicated bike lanes. When you visit prospective neighborhoods, pay attention to the actual drive to work or the nearest grocery store in Bentonville.
