About Bermuda Dunes

Bermuda Dunes is a Coachella Valley census-designated place in Riverside County, about 19 miles east of Palm Springs between Palm Desert, La Quinta, and Indio. The community takes its name from Bermuda Dunes Country Club, a golf course community that opened in 1962 and was once associated with the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic. Bermuda Dunes Airport adds a small general-aviation presence. The overall feel is mid-valley desert residential life, close to resort cities but quieter than the places that draw the visitors.
