Berry Hill, TN

Sitting just south of downtown Nashville, Berry Hill is a pocket-sized city with a personality all its own. Even though it is surrounded by the larger metro area, this community of around 2,000 residents retains its own independent charter and municipal services. Its compact footprint borders major roads and retail centers, giving residents an easy commute alongside a surprisingly relaxed, small-town feel.

The area is well known for its creative roots, where dozens of recording studios and indie businesses operate out of brightly painted vintage bungalows. Along the side streets, you will find a charming mix of older homes, neighborhood coffee shops, and eclectic local boutiques. Students attend Metro Nashville public schools, while Berry Hill maintains its own police force and city offices to look after the neighborhood.
