Beverly Hills, TX

Tucked about four miles south of downtown Waco, Beverly Hills is a small, independent town completely surrounded by the larger city. It incorporated back in the 1940s, and as Waco grew around its borders, the community kept its own local government, police department, and neighborhood feel.
