Bevier, MO

Bevier is a city in Macon County, Missouri, United States. The 2020 census counted 636 residents. Bevier was laid out and platted in 1858 along a new railroad line. The community was named for Kentucky native Robert Bevier, who afterward became a colonel in the Confederate army. The district, a public institution, is responsible for educating students in kindergarten through the twelfth grade.
