Biscay is a city in McLeod County, Minnesota, United States. The 2020 census counted 113 residents. A post office called Biscay was established in 1888, and remained in operation until 1954. The city was named after the Bay of Biscay on the Atlantic Ocean. That mix gives Biscay a clear local shape within Minnesota, with older layers still visible in current places.
