Bivins, TX

Bivins is a tiny, peaceful community tucked into the Piney Woods of Cass County, Texas, about seven miles southwest of Atlanta along State Highway 43. Home to around 150 residents, it offers a quiet rural setting surrounded by classic East Texas timberland. The community got its start in the 1880s as a sawmill stop along the Texas and Pacific Railway, quickly growing into a bustling hub for local loggers and farmers. Today, it remains a calm country crossroads with deep historic roots and plenty of open space.
