Tucked just east of Watertown, Black River is a scenic little village of around 1,200 residents built right along the waterway that shares its name. With Route 3 cutting through the south side and Route 342 close by, getting into Watertown for shopping or heading up to Fort Drum for work takes only a few minutes.
