About Blackfoot
Blackfoot is a city and the county seat of Bingham County, Idaho, situated along the southern bank of the Snake River. Originally settled in 1866 by homesteaders Warren and Stevens, the community has a population of approximately 12,800. The city is famous as the home of the Idaho Potato Museum, which showcases the world's largest baked potato, and is the host site of the annual Eastern Idaho State Fair.
