Blakely is a borough in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, situated along the Lackawanna River. Incorporated in 1867 and named in honor of War of 1812 naval hero Johnston Blakely, the borough contains the village of Peckville and is served by the Valley View School District for public primary and secondary education.
