Bon Secour, AL

Bon Secour is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Baldwin County, Alabama, situated along the eastern coast of Bon Secour Bay. Founded in the 1700s by French settlers as a fishing village, the community lies at the mouth of the Bon Secour River near Foley. The area is home to the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, which preserves large parcels of coastal dunes. Public school students are served by the Baldwin County Public Schools system.
