Bradfordville, FL

Bradfordville is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in northern Leon County, on the growing edge of the Tallahassee area. Its settlement history dates to the early 1830s, when members of the Bradford family moved to the area from North Carolina. The landscape is hillier than many people expect from Florida, with rolling terrain, ravines, lakes, and ponds. Today Bradfordville is largely residential and suburban, but its setting gives it a distinct north Leon County feel: wooded, upscale in parts, and close to Tallahassee without being downtown.
