Bremond, TX

Located in Robertson County, Bremond is a small Central Texas town with around 850 residents. It sits in a quiet rural setting surrounded by farmland and ranches, roughly 45 minutes from both Bryan-College Station and Waco. The town has a classic, straightforward layout where local businesses, churches, and the school district serve as the main gathering spots for the community. Bremond was founded in the 1870s as a railroad stop and quickly became a major settlement for Polish farming families. That cultural heritage is still very alive today, earning the town its reputation as the Polish Capital of Texas and bringing neighbors together for annual festivals, polka music, and local traditions. Between its strong sense of community and convenient highway access to larger neighboring cities, Bremond offers a comfortable, friendly spot to plant roots.
