Brewster, WA

Brewster sits right where the Okanogan and Columbia rivers meet in north-central Washington, surrounded by rolling hills covered in apple and cherry orchards. With around 2,000 residents, it is a quiet, close-knit agricultural community where fruit growing and packing shape much of everyday life. Highway 97 runs straight through town, making it easy to travel up into the Okanogan Valley or head south toward Wenatchee and Lake Chelan. The location gives the town plenty of sunshine and direct access to some of the best water recreation in the region.

For its size, Brewster functions as a handy service hub for neighboring rural areas, anchored by Three Rivers Hospital and the local school district. Daily life revolves around the outdoors and the changing seasons, with families enjoying the waterfront at Columbia Cove Park and anglers heading out to the Brewster Pool for sockeye salmon fishing. It offers a relaxed, unhurried pace of living with essential services close at hand and the Cascade foothills just a short drive away.
