Brookfield, MA

Brookfield is a quiet Central Massachusetts town of about 3,500 residents, set along the Quaboag River in Worcester County. First settled in the 1600s, it grew around its historic town common and early mill sites, and it still keeps a distinct, unhurried small-town character. Today, you will find classic New England homes around the center, surrounded by wooded roads, old farmland, and open country.

Daily life here centers on the outdoors and the local waterways. Quaboag Pond and Quacumquasit Pond sit along the edge of town, making boating, fishing, and lakeside living popular draws during the warmer months.
