Tucked into the coastal redwoods just three miles northwest of Willits, Brooktrails is a peaceful mountain community in Mendocino County. Originally laid out in the 1970s as a quiet forest retreat, the area has grown into a laid-back residential neighborhood of around 3,600 people.
