Buda, TX

Buda is a fast-growing city south of Austin, positioned along the I-35 corridor between Austin and San Marcos. It began as a railroad town on the International-Great Northern line, and its older downtown still gives the city a recognizable center. Today Buda is best known as a commuter town with small businesses, new neighborhoods, and access to the broader Austin economy. It has grown quickly, but the historic core keeps it from feeling like only a highway suburb.
