Cabin John, MD

Cabin John is an affluent census-designated place in Montgomery County, Maryland, situated along the northern bank of the Potomac River. Located just four miles northwest of the Washington, D.C. border, the residential community of approximately 2,200 is named after Cabin John Creek. The neighborhood is home to a historic section of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal and is served by the Montgomery County Public Schools district.
