Canyon Creek is a quiet rural community in the Cascade foothills, located just north of Granite Falls along Jordan Road. Home to around 3,500 residents, it offers a peaceful setting where properties often come with wooded acreage, creek views, and plenty of space between neighbors. The area also sits right near the start of the Mountain Loop Highway, making it easy to reach trailheads, rivers, and campgrounds while keeping Arlington and Granite Falls within a short drive.

Since Canyon Creek is unincorporated, residents head into nearby Granite Falls or Arlington for schools, groceries, and local dining.
