Cape Canaveral is a small Brevard County city on Florida's Space Coast, just south of the cape and near Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and the Kennedy Space Center complex. Even when the city itself is residential and beach-oriented, spaceflight is impossible to miss in the regional identity.
