Carlton Landing is a master-planned resort community nestled along the wooded shores of Lake Eufaula in eastern Oklahoma. The concept started with a 1971 family vacation, when the Humphreys family envisioned a welcoming lakeside retreat for future generations. Years later, that dream turned into a walkable village inspired by traditional coastal towns, officially incorporating in 2013. Today, cozy cottages, tree-lined boardwalks, pocket parks, and a marina bring that original vision to life.
