Casa Conejo is a quiet, established neighborhood tucked right inside Newbury Park in southern Ventura County. Built in the early 1960s as the area's first planned community, the neighborhood is full of classic single-story ranch homes, mature trees, and sidewalk-lined streets. While the surrounding town eventually incorporated into Thousand Oaks, Casa Conejo remained an unincorporated county pocket, keeping a relaxed, independent feel right in the middle of town.
