Clam Gulch, AK

Clam Gulch is a tiny census-designated place in the Kenai Peninsula Borough, set on the shores of Cook Inlet. It had 207 residents at the 2020 census, so the community is more coastal settlement than full-service town. The name fits the setting: beach access, inlet views, fishing culture, and the broad sweep of the Kenai Peninsula matter more than civic institutions. Clam Gulch is small, residential, and shaped almost entirely by its Cook Inlet location.
