Clearlake Riviera, CA

Clearlake Riviera, often called the Kelseyville Riviera by locals, is a relaxed residential community along the base of Mount Konocti on the southern shore of Clear Lake. Home to around 3,400 residents, the neighborhood features quiet hillside streets with great water views and quick access to Konocti Bay. Most of the area consists of single-family homes, anchored by a small commercial plaza for everyday conveniences and the local golf course.

Families are served by the Kelseyville Unified School District, which operates Riviera Elementary right in the neighborhood. An active property owners association helps maintain local amenities, while Lake County manages public roads and county services. For errands, dining, and weekend outings, scenic local routes connect residents to the orchards, wineries, and shops in downtown Kelseyville and nearby Lakeport.
