Cliffside Park, NJ

Perched atop the Hudson River Palisades directly across from Manhattan, Cliffside Park is a compact Bergen County community packed with character. Sitting high on the cliffs gives the area a dramatic setting, where you can catch stunning glimpses of the New York City skyline from several upper-floor apartments and residential side streets. Many people recognize the borough as the historic home of Palisades Amusement Park, which drew huge summer crowds for decades before residential high-rises took over the ridge in the 1970s.
