Clio, AL

Set in rural Barbour County, Clio is a quiet small town with around 1,200 residents. Daily life here is relaxed and neighborly, surrounded by open fields, timberland, and scenic country roads. One of the biggest perks of the area is Blue Springs State Park, located just down the road. The park has been a beloved summer destination for generations, known for its clear, cold, spring-fed swimming pool, shaded picnic spots, and peaceful walking paths.

Clio also shares a slice of sports history as the birthplace of Baseball Hall of Fame pitcher and broadcaster Don Sutton.
