Clyde Hill, WA

Clyde Hill is a small, affluent Eastside city in King County, bordered by Bellevue, Kirkland, Medina, and Yarrow Point. Its main story is location: residential residential streets on high ground with quick access to Bellevue and Seattle, plus views toward Lake Washington, the Cascades, and the Olympics from parts of the city. Clyde Hill has several schools within or near its borders, including Clyde Hill Elementary. It is less a commercial center than a carefully kept residential enclave in one of the region's most expensive areas.
