Colburn is a small unincorporated census-designated place in northeastern Washington Township, Tippecanoe County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. The 2020 census counted 164 residents. Colburn is part of the Lafayette, Indiana Metropolitan Statistical Area. Colburn was originally called Chapmanville. Colburn is in the Tippecanoe School Corporation.
