Columbus is a city in Anoka County, Minnesota, situated at the junction of Interstate 35E and Interstate 35W. Incorporated as a city in 2006 to prevent annexation by neighboring Forest Lake, the community of approximately 4,248 is home to the Running Aces harness horse racing track. Public education is served by Forest Lake Area Schools.
