Comstock Park, MI

Sitting just a few miles north of downtown Grand Rapids, Comstock Park is a welcoming suburban community with around 10,000 residents. Spread across parts of Alpine and Plainfield townships along the Grand River, the area blends quiet residential streets with easy access to major highways. It originally grew as a mill and railroad settlement in the 19th century, and today it offers an easy commute alongside relaxed neighborhoods and scenic river views.

Much of the local fun revolves around outdoor recreation and family entertainment. Residents can catch West Michigan Whitecaps baseball games at LMCU Ballpark or hop on the Fred Meijer White Pine Trail for miles of scenic biking and walking. Families are served by Comstock Park and Kenowa Hills public schools, with everyday shopping and dining close by along the Alpine Avenue corridor. It makes for an easygoing home base near the heart of West Michigan.
