Crest View Heights, NY

Crest View Heights is a Tioga County CDP and neighborhood in the town of Owego, with 1,770 residents in the 2020 census. It sits on a large hillside above the Susquehanna River valley, east of Owego and just outside the Village of Endicott even though it uses an Endicott mailing address and ZIP code. New York Route 17C runs along the southern side, linking the hillside to Endicott, Binghamton, and Owego. The neighborhood took shape through a 1961–74 development assembled from several former farms.

Thomas J. Watson Elementary and the Union-Endicott Central School District give it a clear school connection, while the Southern Tier rail line marks the lower edge of the hill. The local map is more suburban than village-centered: houses climb the slope, the school district ties children toward Endicott, and the highway opens the valley in both directions.
