Dalton, PA

Dalton is a quiet, scenic borough tucked into the rolling hills of the Abingtons, just about three miles north of Clarks Summit. Originally settled as a nineteenth-century village called Bailey Hollow, the town grew along the Lackawanna Railroad line into the peaceful residential spot it is today. With around 1,300 residents, it offers a relaxed small-town feel surrounded by woods and open space, along with quick access to Route 6 and Interstate 81 for straightforward commutes into Scranton.
