Deer Park, MD

Set in the highlands of Garrett County, Deer Park is a peaceful mountain town with deep roots as a Victorian summer retreat. Back in the late 1800s, travelers took the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad up into the mountains to escape city heat, gathering at the grand Deer Park Hotel for its fresh air, cool breezes, and clear spring water.
