Delta, MO

Delta is a city in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, United States. The 2020 census counted 376 residents. Delta is part of the Cape Girardeau–Jackson, MO-IL Metropolitan Statistical Area. Delta is located in the flatland adjacent to the east end of Hickory Ridge and east of the Whitewater River south of the Headwater Diversion Channel.
