Deming, NM

Deming is a city and the county seat of Luna County, New Mexico, situated sixty miles west of Las Cruces within the historic Gadsden Purchase territory. Named after Mary Ann Deming Crocker and incorporated in 1902, the city of approximately 15,221 is home to the Deming Luna Mimbres Museum. Public education is served by Deming Public Schools.
