District Heights is a compact, suburban city in Prince George's County, located right along the southeastern border of Washington, D.C. With around 6,000 residents, it attracts commuters who want a short drive into the capital or over to Joint Base Andrews. Pennsylvania Avenue (Route 4) runs right through town, and with Suitland Parkway and the Capital Beltway nearby, getting around the region is straightforward.
