Dobbins, CA

Dobbins is a Yuba County census-designated place in the western Sierra Nevada foothills, 26 miles northeast of Marysville along California Highway 20 and Marysville Road. The 2020 census counted 551 residents. The settlement dates to 1849, when the Gold Rush brought people into the foothills, and the place took its name from early settler William M. Dobbins.
