Dolan Springs, AZ

Dolan Springs is an unincorporated Mohave County community spread across Detrital Valley, with US 93 marking its western edge and the Cerbat Mountains and Table Mountain Plateau closing in on the valley. Arizona's state profile describes the community as beginning with the Lake Mohave Ranchos land-development program; its position northwest of Kingman also puts it on the route toward Lake Mead and the Colorado River country. Mount Tipton rises on the southern side of the settlement.

Current life is spread across the valley, with Mount Tipton School serving as the local elementary school within Kingman Unified and the Dolan Springs Trail System occupying 480 acres of Bureau of Land Management land at the north end of the Mount Tipton Wilderness Area. That combination gives the place two practical centers: school and daily errands in the valley, plus desert trails and mountain access at the edge. Dolan Springs is a high-desert settlement whose roads, school, and open land all point toward the same wide Mohave County landscape.
