Easthampton, MA

Easthampton is a small city in western Massachusetts, set around the Manhan River at the edge of the Pioneer Valley. It began as the village of Pascommuck and was originally part of Northampton, later growing around mills, waterpower, and industry. Today Easthampton has reinvented much of that older mill-town fabric with arts spaces, restaurants, trails, and local businesses. The Manhan Rail Trail and access to the Metacomet-Monadnock Trail give it strong outdoor links. It feels creative, compact, and distinctly western Massachusetts.
